Mother desperately trying to find missing teen
On Sunday, Nadesha Williams was scheduled to travel overseas, but she was forced to cancel her flight after learning that her only child, 17-year-old Nicole Kerr, was missing.
“I am not myself since she went missing. I really don’t know what happened, but this is unlike my child. She is well mannered and is not one who would just leave home like that. I have not slept or eat, and I don’t want to think that she is in danger out there. I just want her to return home. She has a family who loves her,” she said.
Reports from the Morgan’s Bridge police are that Nicole Kerr, who is from Grange Hill, Westmoreland, left home about 9:30 a.m., and has not been seen or heard from since. Her mode of dress at the time she went missing is a dark grey T- shirt, jeans pants, and a pair of silver slippers.
Kerr, who is also called ‘Lulu’, is a fifth form student. She is of brown complexion, slim build and is about 163 centimetres (5 feet 4 inches) tall.
“I was told by a family member that she had left the home to do her nails, but up to 10 p.m. on Saturday, she did not return home. I just don’t know where she is, and it’s driving me crazy,” Williams said.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Nicole Kerr is being asked to contact the Morgan’s Bridge police at 876-957-1375, police 119 emergency number, or the nearest police station.
