Words reaching BOJTV this afternoon is that the real rich recording artiste Tanto Blacks could be sued in matter of days by a rural promoter. A partner of the promoter whose name is Carlton Holness told BOJTV that Tanto Blacks was paid a deposit of $80,000 to perform at an event called Quenched in Balaclava, St Elizabeth. The promoters say a few days after taking the deposit Tanto Blacks informed them that he got an overseas booking for the same date and that he would be making a refund. The promoters say however that months have passed after weeks of promises and delays by the Yankie Yardie boy artiste. The promoters say they now have no choice but to take the artiste to court to recover their deposit plus losses caused by Tanto Blacks’s non-appearance at their event.
