Municipal Corporation, small business owners and the “small man” are being left out of the Black River redevelopment talks, says Cllr. Donovan Pagon.

The Councillor for the Braes River Division and Minority Leader in the St. Elizabeth Municipal Corporation raised the concerns while addressing residents at a town hall meeting in Black River last evening.

Pagon argued that greater consultation and inclusion are needed to ensure the voices of the Municipal Corporation, local entrepreneurs and ordinary citizens are heard as plans for the town’s redevelopment move forward.
