There are major developments this afternoon in the disappearance of the mother of East Kingston and Port Royal, MP, Phillip Paulwell’s 10-month old daughter, Sarayah.The mother is 27 year old Toshyna Patterson.Nationwide News has reported that the Police are at this hour at a location in the foothills of the Warieka Hills in East Kingston, as they probe the disappearance of Paulwell’s baby daughter and her mother.
