Yesterday Prime Minister, Dr. the Most Hon. Andrew Holness and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Security and Peace, the Hon. Dr. Horace Chang, visit the community of Commodore in Linstead following a shooting on Sunday (October 5) that claimed the lives of five individuals.

While offering condolences to the families, they reassured the public and loved ones that every effort will be made to bring the perpetrators to justice. They emphasised that justice will be served and will serve as a lesson to others.

Commissioner of Police, Dr. Kevin Blake and other senior officers in attendance reaffirmed to citizens that the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) will continue its heightened operations to restore peace and public order.
