Another prisoner who escaped from the St. Elizabeth lock-up in June this year was recaptured
Another prisoner who escaped from the St. Elizabeth lock-up in June this year was recaptured by lawmen in the St. Catherine North Division.
He is Kenneth Stewart, who was charged with murder. The mother of his child was also arrested for harbouring him.
